ItsMyType may use third party AI models, APIs, cloud services, storage systems, or infrastructure providers to process prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, and related technical data.

This means your input and output may be transmitted to, processed by, or temporarily stored through third party service providers that help us operate the product.

We choose service providers carefully, but we cannot control every aspect of their independent systems, infrastructure, or policies.

Where required and reasonably possible, we will use contractual, technical, and organizational measures to protect user data shared with service providers.

Do not submit material to ItsMyType if you are not comfortable with it being processed through third party technology providers.

8.2 AI Call Telemetry

To monitor the cost, performance, and reliability of the AI models that generate fonts, we send telemetry about each AI model call to our analytics provider. This telemetry may include:

1. The AI provider and model used.
2. Token counts, estimated cost, and latency for the call.
3. Whether the call succeeded or failed, and any error details.
4. The text of the prompt you provide and the AI model's response, where enabled, so we can debug and improve generation quality.

This telemetry is processed and stored by our third party analytics provider in accordance with this Policy and their own terms. We use it to operate, debug, secure, and improve the font generation service.

If ItsMyType introduces paid plans, credits, subscriptions, or purchases, payments may be processed by third party payment providers.

We may collect payment related information such as plan type, billing status, invoice details, transaction identifiers, and payment confirmation.

We do not intend to store complete payment card details on our own servers. Payment card information should be handled by the payment provider according to their own terms and privacy policy.
